Written from what the software actually does. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Section 6 describes billing that is not yet connected, and will be corrected the day it is.

1. Who we are, and what this is

Georgia is a career-management application for models, influencers and actors, published by Swapp SARL, 64 route de Versailles, 78430 Louveciennes, France, registered under SIREN 904 693 264, RCS Versailles (SIRET 904 693 264 00023, VAT FR16904693264). Publication director: Arthur Feingold, manager. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and the data by Supabase Inc. (see the privacy policy). These terms govern your use of the website and the application. Using either means you accept them.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over. We check your date of birth in your browser when you sign up, and if it shows you are under 18 no account is created.

You sign in with your email address. A password is optional; if you set one, keeping it is your responsibility. One account belongs to one person. You may give other people access to your account — an agent, a manager, an accountant — and you choose what each of them can reach. What they do with that access is between you and them.

3. What Georgia does

Georgia keeps your bookings, castings, contracts, money, image rights and to-dos in one place. It reads emails and documents you forward and turns them into drafts. It counts the days on a payment. It can, if you ask it to, check your clients' websites for photographs of you.

4. What Georgia does not do — and this matters

5. Your content, and what we may do with it

What you put into Georgia stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store it, display it back to you, show it to the people you have shared with, and process it as the privacy policy describes — including sending the text of a forwarded email or a contract to our reading provider.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not put anyone else's personal data into Georgia unless you are entitled to, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

You can export your data and you can delete your account at any time.

6. Plans and payment

Today, Georgia does not charge anyone. The plans shown on this website describe what is planned; there is no card, no checkout and no invoice behind them yet, and no feature is currently withheld for payment.

When billing does start: prices will be shown before you are asked to confirm, a subscription will renew for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current one, and cancelling stops the next renewal without refunding the period in progress. The payment provider, any trial period, the refund policy and the statutory right of withdrawal will be stated here before anyone is charged.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Georgia running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you depend on, we will say so in the application first.

The application works offline for reading, and queues writes made offline until the connection comes back. A queued write is not a delivered one, and the interface says so.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including death, personal injury, or our own fraud or gross negligence.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for a payment you did not receive, a deadline you missed, a contract you signed, a right you did not renew, or income you did not make. Georgia is a record and a reminder, not a guarantee. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the sum you paid us over the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account, which deletes your data as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, that puts the service or other people at risk, or that we are required to close; except in an emergency we will tell you first and give you a way to export your data.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change them in a way that matters, we will say so in the application before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Georgia after that means you accept the new version.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Disputes fall to the courts of Versailles, subject to the rules that apply to consumers.

The French version of these terms prevails in case of divergence.
